Raspberry Pi :

- cheaper in price.
- cannot play the latest hardcore 3D games on your laptop.
- High definition video streaming.
- designed fer beginners.
- do not support x86 operating system.
- cannot run 32 bit operating system ( Eg : microsoft windows, Max OS X, Linux).
- new technology.
- use ARM 11 as microprocessor.
- the ARM (in Raspberry Pi) is about 7-25 times slower than the Intel.


Intel :- the specsmanship is better
- the performance is better
- perfect for a micro media center
- it itself is a microprocessor
- larger in size.
- Intel is perfect for a micro Media Center.
- Intel architecture has a lot more sophisticated circuitry built into it than the ARM RISC system in the Raspberry Pi.

Similarity :

- Both carry same function,which is be used as the processor in an individual desktop.
